JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State and perused the case diary. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in the instant case. In view of the allegation made by the victim in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement, that this petitioner kidnapped her on motorcycle, he took her to Mumbai for several days, he was making physical relation with her by giving her sedative pills, prayer for bail of the petitioner in Mejorganj Police Station Case No. 147/2018, lodged for the offence under section 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, is rejected, with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail within six weeks, which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
