2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 179 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21 (b) of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 2.82 grams of heroin from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025.

4. This application is disposed of with direction to the learned Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua to explain to the petitioner/accused the fact that the recovery is of small quantity and the maximum punishment is of one year and if he pleads guilty, he may be let off after completing a particular period in custody. If the petitioner pleads guilty, appropriate order shall be passed by the Court below.

5. In case, the petitioner does not plead guilty, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua.
