It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that due to inadvertence father's name of petitioner has wrongly been typed in the bail petition as Feku Gorhi in place of Feku Gorhi @ Fekan Gorhi. Consequently, same mistake has been made in the order dated 21.11.2016.

In view of the submissions made above, in the cause title of the order dated 21.11.2016, father's name of petitioner be read as Feku Gorhi @ Fekan Gorhi in place of Feku Gorhi. The modification application is allowed and the order dated 21.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 50318 of 2016 is corrected to the extent as indicated above.
