JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search country made loaded pistol cartridges was recovered from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52187 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019.
