Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 25.3.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since 1.6.2020.

Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class Court No.II, Buxar in Koransarai Police Station Case No. 29 of 2016.
