The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 798 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 2 (e), 3, 5, 13 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Rules and Section 30 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the order dated 09.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C.
