Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47A/54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

122 bottles of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the period already undergone, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
