The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted. Petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleged that his tractor and trailer was stolen by unknown thieves.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. was against unknown and the petitioner has been falsely implicated. It is submitted that this petitioner alongwith

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that confession made before police has no evidentiary value. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2021, chargesheet has been submitted in the case and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Rivilganj P.S.
