Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. A loaded country made pistol and the cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2015. The petitioner is accused in 7 cases and submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR in any of the aforesaid cases. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jitendra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2767 of 2017 (4) dt.02-05-2017 Kumar, learned J.M.-1st Class, Supaul/Successor Court, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.98 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
