Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was informer of the extremist.

The case diary would reveal that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent nor there is specific evidence that the petitioner was the informer of the extremist. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
