The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 302 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18118 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 fardbeyan of the informant was recorded on 27.10.2017 at 9:45 p.m. regarding an occurrence of offence which took place on 19.10.2017 and the first information report was instituted on 06.11.2017 and a co-accused Soni Devi having identical allegation to that of the petitioners has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8863 of 2018, the petitioners, who are all married and said to be residing at distant place at their matrimonial house having no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
