The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 427, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

From reading of the impugned order and materials collected during investigation, it appears that the petitioners and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63956 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 others have demolished the house of the informant by using JCB Machine.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Anand Kr.
