The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.09.2010/06.10.2010 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea in case no. 2-25/2009, whereby and whereunder the appeal of the petitioner has been rejected. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has assailed the aforesaid impugned order passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Purnea, however the petitioner has not been able to counter the ground, on which the appeal has been dismissed i.e. regarding the father of the petitioner being in government service.
