Petitioner filed writ application stating that he would be entitled to 1/3rd share of the rental amount which is being paid to his father. As such, he would be entitled to Rs.910.88. Mr. K.K. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India, submits that all parties, pursuant a compromise, has assured to withdraw the case. A copy of the petition and the instruction, dated 11.04.2014 of the Bank, have been produced before this Court.
In this view of the matter, the contempt application is disposed of.
