By filing this application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to be issued upon the respondents to complete the investigation of Muzaffarpur Town P.S.Case No. 196 of 2008. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. It has categorically been stated in the counter affidavit that on conclusion of investigation the police have already filed final report no.62 of 2015 dated 4th March, 2015 before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
