It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per paragraph 3 of the bail petition, petitioner is accused in five criminal cases but he is no bail in all these cases. Learned counsel submits that charge has already been framed on 29.9.2021. Petitioner is in custody since 15.6.2020. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
