The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.48 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 323/34, 341, 436 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar. The accusation is that on the occasion of marriage of the daughter of Gopal Raut, the hot exchange of words took place in between the Barat Party and the villagers in which coaccused Sumit Mishra sustained injury. Due to that reason, on 03.03.2019, Sumit Mishra, Raushan Jha and Jangi Jha gave threatening to the informant and others of dire consequences. Later on, on 05.03.2019, Achcheylal Sahani, was brutally

In the occurrence of assaulting to Achcheylal Sahani, Raushan Jha, Pintu Jha, Satish Jha (petitioner), Sonu Jha, Arbind Jha, Sumit Mishra and Jangi Jha were involved. In the night of 06.03.2019, all the aforesaid persons put fire in the cattle shade of the informant in which 5 goats of the informant were burnt, whereas one buffalo and one cow of the informant are in serious condition.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
