The petitioner is accused in connection with GRP/Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016, registered under Sections 30/38 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 48 bottles each containing 180 ML India Made Foreign Liquor from the bag of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1122 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kuil, Lakhisarai in connection with GRP/Jamalpur P.S. Case No.54 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
