The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation under Section 379 Indian Penal Code is not against the petitioner. Other allegations are bailable. Hence, this anticipatory bail application is being disposed of as not maintainable at the hands of the petitioner. Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of in connection with Mahakar Police Station Case No. 62 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
