Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date of birth of the petitioner is 24.11.1992 but in the result the date of birth of the petitioner was shown as 24.11.1991. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to represent the Bihar School Examination Board for correction in the date of birth in the result card alongwith copy of this order. In case the representation is filed by the petitioner, the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board shall consider the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15439 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 petitioner for correction of date of birth.

Necessary correction in the date of birth of the petitioner shall be carried out in the result of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/filing of representation alongwith the copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
