The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 384, 386, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

The informant alleged that he received a cheque of rupees ten lakhs from Shrikant Mishra and executed a sale deed of 1 Kathha and 15 Dhurs of land in the name of Dhruv Sah but when the informant presented the cheque, the cheque was not honoured. It is submitted that the petitioner is nowhere in the dealing. The informant negotiated with Shrikant Mishra and paid the consideration amount to Shrikant Mishra. The petitioner had no talk with the informant regarding sale of land. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.40918 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 160/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
