JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Petitioner being married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after seventeen years of marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against the in-laws family. The informant levelled the accusation only on suspicion as he came to know about the occurrence from someone else. It is further submitted that informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40033 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015, G.R. Case No. 2146 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
