ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 3.4.2014.
In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but the dispute could not be resolved.
Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 3.4.2014 passed in connection with Complaint Case No. 1748 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, is hereby confirmed on the same terms. However, the amount of Rs.750/- as directed by the order of this Court dated 3.4.2014 is increased to Rs.5,000/- per

Let this order be communicated to the DIG SHQ BSF I/Nagar, Jammu and Kashmir, who is directed to deduct Rs.5,000/- per month from the salary of the Petitioner and remitted to the account of Asha Kumari, A/C.
