This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Stolen tractor's traillor was allegedly recovered from near the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner submits that the same was purchased from co-accused, Lal Babu Yadav.

The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kusariya P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, or successor Court.
