The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 07/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant suspected that the petitioner Kundan Sah and Sonu Sah kidnapped his minor grand-daughter. The informant made search and during the course of enquiry, it transpired that Sonu Sah enticed his grand-daughter for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even during the course of investigation, it has come that Sonu Sah enticed the grand-daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage, but nobody named the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case on mere suspicion.

Nagar) P.S. Case No. 07/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
