The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is suspected to have indulged in picking pocket at the railway station. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent and he is custody since 13.7.2016 and nothing was recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Railway Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016
