Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the in-charge of P.H.C. Sikta and has alleged in his written complaint that on 22.05.2014 he inspected the alleged nursing home and found that the petitioner was running the nursing home illegally without any registration. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named

No.57069 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Sikta P.S.
