2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC, registered in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 325 of 2023.

3. Allegedly, some unknown thieves committed theft of ornaments and cash of Rs. 4,000/- in the house of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady and except her criminal antecedents, there is nothing against her in the entire case diary. she was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from her possession and she is under incarceration since 13.10.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54277 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 Other co-accused persons, having similar allegation, have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 45525 of 2025 under order dated 23.07.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 325 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
