The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mufassil Motihari P.S. Case No.207 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 384 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioners are alleged to have abused, assaulted and demanded Rs.50,000/- as Rangdari from the informant, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
