Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits that the multiple reliefs, as prayed for in the present writ petition, should not have been included in the first paragraph of the writ petition, however, the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai for the main reliefs as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I find it proper to direct the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai to take appropriate decision and redress the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.
