2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section-309(4) of B.N.S. and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. According to allegation, two unknown persons snatched the bag informant. The bag contained cash, tablet and mobile set.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the articles recovered from house of petitioner is not the booty of the present case. The petitioner is under custody for nine months.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
