2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016 in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated as his wife died owing to chronic diseases and anemia. The petitioner's parents have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 49888 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
