2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 499, 402 of IPC and 25(1-b), 26,35 of the Arms Act.

3. The recovery is of one country made loaded pistol from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in jail since 20.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57663 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sahiyara Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
