2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 304(2), 3 (5) of the BNS.
3. As per prosecution, the informant was going to hand over a video tape at Studio in Chandosh, while he reached near Lalganj Sehara, Middle School, two miscreants came on two bikes and snatched his bag in which his Aadhar Card, Pan Card, ATM and cash of Rs. 10,000/- and a video tape was kept.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The motorcycle which was used in the occurrence has not been recovered from possession of the petitioner and

Except the confessional statement no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. No TIP has been done in this case. Petitioner is a young boy aged about 20 years, having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2025. Charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering of the evidence of the case. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Paliganj P.S. Case No. 227of 2025.
