Petitioners are father, mother-in-law of the deceased. They have been prosecuted for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners in the fardbeyan lodged by the mother of the deceased, I am not inclined to consider their request for grant of bail in the event of arrest, which is rejected. Let petitioners surrender in the court of Sri Kumar Madhvendra, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection Ranee Talab P.S.
