The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No. 251 of 2016 registered under Sections 427 and 456 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made in the First Information Report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No. 251 of
