The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307/34 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father and son. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to the fact that both the parties are neighbours and there is dispute with regard to the possession of land and boundary wall thereof. Be that as it may, the petitioners above named in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
