The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 30 (a)/37(b) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The petitioners were apprehended while they had consumed and were in possession of wine. The petitioners are in custody since 31.12.2016 and have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
