The present petition has been filed with a prayer to review an order dated 2.7.2015 passed in CWJC No. 3520 of 2000. By the said order the writ petition was allowed by giving detail reason. Sri Sinha tried to persuade the court that it is a fit case for review, however, on going through the materials available on record, I do not find any ground to pass any favourable order.

The review petition is dismissed.
