The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner and informant decided to open a School in the name and style of St. Catholic International (Sainik School) School, Aurangabad, registered in Karnataka. As per claim, huge quantity of money was given for construction of the building and now the petitioner is refusing to give the money. It appears that it is business dispute. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22561 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 let petitioner, namely, Rajesh Kumar Sinha, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town P.S. Case No.402 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
