====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420, 406, 379, 120 (B) and 34of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. His name is surfaced in the present case merely on the basis of report of the spy of police. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
