02. 10.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1980 of 2006 (Tr. No. 4874 of 2014) registered under Sections 302, 307, 326, 324, 342 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari.

Considering that even though the Complaint was filed wayback in the year 2006 the Petitioner is only now making the prayer for anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
