JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 427, 324, 379 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that cause of altercation appears to be marriage between the informant's son and daughter of one of the co-accused. However, it is contended that the allegation of assault upon the informant by sickle is upon co-accused Birendra Bhagat.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37999 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case No.71 of 2016, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
