This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 25-11-2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49004 of 2013. It is pointed out that due to typographical error, the address of the petitioner in original petition has wrongly been typed as "P.S. Rajepur, District-East Champaran" in place of "P.S. Siwaipatti, District-Muzaffarpur" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order 25-11-2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49004 of 2013 by which, petitioner was granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, order dated 25-11-2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49004 of 2013 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner mentioned in the cause, title of the order, as "P.S. Rajepur, District-East Champaran" be read as "P.S. Siwaipatti,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20396 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 District-Muzaffarpur".

Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed off.
