The petitioner seeks bail in Panapur P.S. Case No.86 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that for the same occurrence Masharak P.S. Case No.223 of 2016 was registered in which petitioner has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 28.10.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.47167 of 2016. There is allegation against this petitioner in the written report that one dagger, mobile set, Pan Card, Driving licence etc. were recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similar allegation was in Masharak P.S. Case No.223 of 2016 in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7282 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 which the petitioner has already been granted bail. The petitioner is said to be in custody in this case since 24.7.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.86 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
