The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The offence of theft is against unknown. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.11.2016. The only material against the petitioner is that one stolen mobile was recovered from the shop of the father of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Rail, Khagaria in
