====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code against one Sanjay Kumar Mandal. Petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report but his involvement is also suspected in the case in view of the statement made by one of the relatives of the victim after ten days of the occurrence that petitioner may also be involved.

Let petitioner above named surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter he be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
