ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
