JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the State Government under Section 45-B of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 for redressal of their valid grievances with respect to the lands under dispute.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
