This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51237 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to miscommunication, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within stipulated period.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the statements made in the application, this modification application is allowed. Let the period for furnishing bail bond in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No.207 of 2021 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1, Kishanganj be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, order dated 17.05.2023 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57447 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.51237 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
